Data we process. If you email us, we process your name, email address and message solely to reply to you and, where relevant, to manage a business relationship. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering your enquiry and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract.

Retention. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or the business relationship, and afterwards for the periods required by law.

Recipients. We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Email is handled by Google Workspace and the website is hosted by Netlify, which may log technical connection data (such as IP addresses) for security. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your rights. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to ramin@capexscope.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). The Spanish version prevails.
