Terms of service

The service. CapexScope emails briefs on investment projects in the pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare sectors in Spain, prepared from public sources. A subscription is per company and includes up to three users.

Price. The price is the one set out in writing in the offer, per company and per month. Prices exclude VAT, which is added to the invoice where applicable. If we offer a trial period or a special price, its terms will be set out in writing.

Billing. Monthly and in advance, at the start of each month of service.

Payment. By card or SEPA direct debit through a payment link, or by bank transfer.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time by writing to ramin@capexscope.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for; until then you keep receiving the briefs.

Scope of the information. Briefs are prepared with care from public sources, but we do not guarantee that the information is complete or free of errors, nor that any contract will be won. Every brief lists its sources so they can be checked. The information is not professional advice.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Spanish law. The Spanish version prevails.
